Chesapeake Rent All provides delivery and professional installation for tents and other applicable rental equipment. Setup or placement of other rental items depends on the equipment and services selected.
Our team coordinates delivery and installation details with you before the event.
Rental availability, delivery charges, setup requirements, and final pricing may vary based on the event location, equipment selected, property access, installation surface, and other site conditions.
Our primary Maryland service area includes Harford County, Cecil County, eastern Baltimore County, and surrounding Maryland communities.
Service may also be available for select events in nearby Delaware and southern Pennsylvania.

Merrill Dougherty, owner of Chesapeake Rent All
Local Experience
Chesapeake Rent All is a locally owned and operated rental company based in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
Owner Merrill Dougherty began working with the company in 1966 while he was still in high school. After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force, he returned to the rental business and later purchased the company in the 1980s.
Merrill remains involved today and works with an experienced local team helping families, businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations plan events throughout the region.
Our rental inventory includes tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, lighting, sound equipment, inflatables, concession equipment, generators, and other supplies for indoor and outdoor events.
Chesapeake Rent All is fully insured and provides a certificate of insurance for each client. We also offer free tent site visits and estimates when appropriate for the event and installation.
