Rental Policies

Chesapeake Rent All provides tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment for outdoor events. Because weather can affect outdoor events, this policy explains how weather-related situations are handled.
Tents can provide shelter from normal sun and light rain, but they are not designed to protect guests or equipment during severe weather.
High winds, lightning, severe thunderstorms, flooding, unsafe ground conditions, and other dangerous conditions may affect delivery, installation, equipment use, or event safety.
Safety comes first. Chesapeake Rent All may delay or decline installation, or remove rental equipment, when severe weather or unsafe site conditions exist or are reasonably expected.
Event tents must be properly anchored.
High winds can make tents unsafe, so installation may need to be delayed, changed, or canceled depending on conditions.
Customers must follow safety instructions provided by Chesapeake Rent All and should not move, modify, or alter installed tents or rental equipment without approval.
Normal rain or mild weather generally does not prevent tent installation or equipment delivery.
If severe weather may affect your event, contact Chesapeake Rent All as soon as possible.
Rescheduling options depend on equipment availability, scheduling, and the terms of your reservation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions for their event and following all safety instructions provided by Chesapeake Rent All.
Weather may cause delays, changes, cancellations, or other disruptions that are outside Chesapeake Rent All’s control.
